Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 70m² apartment overlooking the Yarra River and directly opposite Crown Casino, Southbank and The Melbourne Convention Centre puts you in the hub of this beautiful and exciting city.
A Great Night’s Sleep For The Whole Family
Our apartment boasts 3 comfortable beds with freshly laundered linens, plenty of pillows and cozy bedding, so you can be sure of a great nights sleep.
There are 2 bedrooms with built in robes:
A Queen sized bed in bedroom one.
A Double sized bed in bedroom two.
A very comfortable, queen sized sofa bed in the lounge room.
The two main bedrooms include bedside lamps where you can charge you phone, using either the USB port or the charging plate.
All bedding, sheets and blankets are included, plus a selection of pillow types to suit your needs.
Kitchen & Dining
The Wintergarden kitchen is fully equipped for you to whip up a meal or maybe you can just enjoy a glass or two while taking in the view from the 6 seater, locally handcrafted dining setting.
In the kitchen you will find, a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, sink with mixer tap, toaster and kettle.
Pots, pans, crockery, can opener, glasses, cups and cutlery, including the ever important bottle opener and corkscrew.
We've even included BBQ tools if you feel like cooking on the free BBQ's just outside in adjoining Batman Park.
Tea, coffee and milk provided for your stay.
Lounge Room
Relax in the lounge room on the comfy sofa while watching some TV or Netflix on the 55", 4K television.
Bathroom & Laundry
The bathroom contains a shower, toilet and sink with a large counter space and storage drawer. Fresh towels and toiletries are included.
To minimise use of plastics, we have installed a lockable soap dispenser in the shower, filled with salon quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Located in the bathroom is a washer and dryer (and detergent of course) in case you need to do some washing while you're here.
Also included is an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Access to this secure building is by swipe card or intercom only.
Please note that this is an inner city apartment and trains run nearby throughout the day and evening. The Wintergarden kitchen can be noisy from passing trains but is separated from the rest of the apartment by a heavy, sliding door that significantly reduces sound.
